O apresentador Geoff Keighley revelou a lista de indicados aos prêmios da The Game Awards 2020, evento que premia os melhores jogos do ano.

The Last of Us Part II é o jogo com mais indicações, sendo 10 ao todo, incluindo as categorias de Jogo do Ano e Melhor Direção.

O segundo lugar de número de indicações ficou com o indie Hades, que tem oito indicações em diversas categorias. E o teceiro lugar é de Ghost of Tsushima com sete indicações.
